Stefan and David from Elektro Hinterdorfer GmbH have transformed a vacant hall in Bergland into a lively centre for renewable energy. In this hall, they have established the first Centre of Competence for Renewable Energies in the Mostviertel region.
Our aim in developing the website was to create an efficient solution that allows interested parties to easily book personal consultation sessions. We integrated an automatic appointment booking system that transfers registrations directly into the company's calendar. Furthermore, we incorporated a simple method for registering for workshops, where the number of participants per workshop can be limited. These measures simplify the organisation and significantly enhance the website's user-friendliness.
In the implementation, we integrated the appointment booking with the Meetergo plugin and the workshop registration with Eventbrite. Both solutions are existing and free tools with basic functions. The integration of these proven resources enabled us to implement the desired features efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring that interested parties can easily book personal consultation sessions and register for workshops without hassle.
